Airwallex is hiring a Senior AI Engineer in Singapore to build and ship AI agent applications that answer business questions over governed data. The role covers retrieval-augmented generation, natural-language-to-query, tool and function calling, prompt and context engineering, evaluation, guardrails, data pipelines, data models, and financial-services data governance and security. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of production software experience, hands-on agentic AI experience, and strong Python, SQL, software engineering, and data modeling skills.
