TEKsystems is hiring a Senior AI Engineer / Forward Deployed Engineer for a 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity in Sunnyvale, California. The role partners with business stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into production AI applications, agents, copilots, and intelligent automation workflows using LLMs, agent orchestration, MCP, and related technologies. The position requires 5+ years of software engineering experience, production AI application experience, and strong stakeholder communication; it is hybrid with Tuesday-Thursday onsite work and pays $80-$85 per hour plus benefits.
