TEKsystems is hiring a Senior AI Engineer / Forward Deployed Engineer for a 12-month contract-to-hire role in Phoenix, Arizona, with Tuesday–Thursday onsite work. The position focuses on building production AI applications, agents, copilots, and intelligent automation workflows; translating ambiguous business requirements into scalable technical solutions; integrating enterprise systems; and driving AI adoption across a global organization. Candidates need 5+ years of software engineering experience, production AI application experience, and expertise with LLMs, agent architectures, MCP, and modern AI frameworks.
