Description
Hinge Health is hiring a Senior AI Engineer focused on MLOps and distributed systems to own the production deployment, serving, release automation, monitoring, rollback, orchestration, and backend integration of AI and model-backed services. The role partners with ML Scientists, Data Scientists, Data Engineering, Product, and Software Engineering to make AI capabilities safe, observable, scalable, and cost-conscious, while also improving developer experience, incident response, and system reliability. The position requires at least three years of full-time professional software engineering experience, including backend or distributed-systems production experience and experience deploying ML- or AI-backed services; Python and at least one production backend language are required. The role follows a hybrid model requiring three days per week in the office.
