Doctolib is hiring a Senior AI Engineer for its Patient team in Paris to design and build production search and recommendation systems for its health companion. The role owns retrieval, ranking, reranking, vector search, semantic retrieval, RAG, LLM-based reranking, evaluation, observability, feedback loops, latency, reliability, and maintainability, while collaborating with ML engineers, product managers, and software engineers. Candidates should have significant experience shipping search or recommendation systems, production AI services, and end-to-end retrieval pipelines, with healthcare or regulated-domain experience preferred. The position is permanent and full-time, with the workplace listed as Levallois and a start date of as soon as possible.
