GDIT is hiring a Senior AI Engineer in Chantilly, Virginia, to lead the design, development, secure integration, and governance of AI and machine learning capabilities in classified mission systems. The role involves building and deploying large language models and ML models in air-gapped or government cloud environments, creating RAG and embedding workflows, supporting security accreditation, and mentoring a growing engineering team. It requires an active Top Secret SCI clearance with polygraph, US citizenship, extensive software development and AI experience, and onsite work.
