LTC Solutions is hiring a Senior AI Engineer / Research Analyst to provide senior-level artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics, simulation, optimization, and operations research support to Headquarters Marine Corps, Installations and Logistics, and the Global Positioning Network. The hybrid role develops predictive models, AI algorithms, simulation and optimization tools, scenario analyses, dashboards, and executive decision-support products, while coordinating with DoD stakeholders and mentoring junior analysts. The position requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, a bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field, and at least eight years of relevant Department of Defense experience.
