NVIDIA is hiring a Senior AI Frameworks Engineer to contribute to the CUTLASS project by designing Pythonic GPU programming APIs, developing AST transformations and JIT-friendly compilation infrastructure, and building debugging, profiling, validation, package distribution, and documentation systems. The role requires a master's or PhD in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least three years of relevant experience, strong Python and C++ skills, and experience developing libraries or frameworks with intuitive APIs. The base salary is 152,000–241,500 USD for Level 3 and 184,000–287,500 USD for Level 4, with equity and benefits; applications were accepted until June 1, 2026.
