BCN is hiring an experienced senior developer to lead AI-powered software development for client projects, focusing on designing and delivering production-grade solutions that integrate large language models, agentic systems, and Azure AI services. The role begins in the AI and Data Innovation team to establish repeatable delivery patterns, then transitions into the Delivery team to scale those patterns across the business, while also providing technical leadership, mentoring, and contributing to research, prototyping, and client proposals.
