Capco is hiring an AI Fullstack Engineer in Poland for a B2B contract delivering AI-enabled solutions for financial services clients. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable AI applications using large language models, machine learning, retrieval-augmented generation, semantic search, and agent-based workflows. Responsibilities include building APIs, prompts, workflows, evaluation approaches, data and knowledge capabilities, and production-grade integrations with cloud platforms, while collaborating with client stakeholders and technical teams. The posting requires a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, at least three years of AI, software, or machine learning engineering experience, strong Python skills, and experience with modern AI engineering and MLOps practices.
