Description
Visium is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join a client’s team in Barcelona as a direct employee of the client. The role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of complex AI initiatives, including technical design, Python-based development, data and modeling pipelines, production deployment, MLOps, observability, and continuous optimization. The engineer will work in an R&D-heavy environment, collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, and translate research into reliable production systems. Required capabilities include Python, AI/ML architecture, data engineering, Azure or Databricks, CI/CD, Docker, and Agile delivery; a master’s degree and exposure to chemistry or the fragrance and flavour industry are preferred.
