Candidates should have at least six years of experience delivering production-ready products, strong Python and async web framework skills, experience with Docker, Kubernetes, databases, RAG, generative AI chatbots, LLM observability, and foundation model APIs. The position offers an annual base salary of $143,000 to $197,000 plus discretionary bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
