Tecsys is hiring a Senior AI/ML Developer to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI solutions for warehouse, transportation, and supply chain operations. The role involves developing Python-based AI/ML applications, LLM, RAG, and multi-agent systems, building APIs and AI services, implementing MLOps, creating scalable pipelines, and applying operations research and optimization techniques. Candidates need a graduate degree in a relevant field and 5–7+ years of hands-on AI/ML development experience, along with strong Python, machine learning, AI frameworks, and deployment experience.
