Ciklum is hiring a full-time Senior AI/ML Engineer in India to design, deploy, optimize, and validate enterprise AI solutions using Python, LLMs, RAG, advanced NLP, hybrid retrieval, and automated evaluation. The role leads RAG technical audits, retrieval and quality improvements, AI validation frameworks, CI/CD quality gates, code reviews, and mentorship of engineering teams, with desirable experience in enterprise LLM platforms, orchestration frameworks, data pipelines, observability, governance, and cloud deployment.
