Vector8 is hiring a permanent, on-site AI/ML Engineer based primarily in Zurich to design, build, deploy, and maintain production-grade AI solutions for regulated financial services and insurance clients. The role covers LLM agents, workflows, tool integration, MLOps, model training and evaluation, observability, security, compliance, and end-to-end solution ownership, with occasional client travel and collaboration across Europe. It requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong Python and software engineering skills, enterprise AI expertise, and fluency in English and German.
