Description
Smartsheet is hiring an AI/ML Operations Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable AI/ML platforms and pipelines. The role covers model deployment, CI/CD, infrastructure management, monitoring, retraining automation, foundation-model and RAG workflows, GPU/CPU optimization, versioning, security, and troubleshooting. It requires experience with Databricks, MLflow, Mosaic AI Agent Framework, Unity Catalog, LangChain, LangGraph, Python, SQL, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, and at least one major cloud provider, with AWS experience preferred. The position is remote and requires eligibility to work in India.
