Description
Red Alpha is hiring a Senior AI/ML Software Engineer to design, build, and integrate AI-driven capabilities into secure, cloud-based mission systems and analyst workflows. The role develops full-stack applications and services using LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and other AI/ML approaches; deploys models for data mining, predictive modeling, knowledge discovery, and cyber data analysis; integrates solutions with secure cloud architectures; evaluates model performance; and collaborates with Cyber Analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of relevant software engineering or AI/ML experience, strong Python and cloud skills, and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph. The projected salary range is $200,000 to $270,000, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
