Remitly is hiring a Senior AI Native Software Engineer to direct AI coding agents in building full-stack applications, workflow automations, and basic agents. The role translates customer needs into specifications, ships solutions through deployment, instruments usage and outcomes, evaluates AI-generated output against security, privacy, reliability, and quality standards, participates in customer conversations, and documents effective prompts and patterns. Candidates need proficiency with AI coding agents, prompt engineering, full-stack application knowledge, architectural familiarity, basic analytics skills, and strong communication. The starting base salary is $180,000-$225,000, with equity and medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
