Description
HiBob is hiring a Senior AI Ops Engineer to build and operate production AI agents, tools, workflows, and AI software-delivery platforms. The role covers agentic systems, RAG and MCP integrations, AI observability and evaluation, automated testing, infrastructure, CI/CD, GitOps, security controls, and internal developer tooling. It requires 5+ years of infrastructure-focused experience, strong Python and Go coding ability, and familiarity with AI frameworks, AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps tools. The position is permanent and hybrid, with a temporary remote option for up to two months after six months of tenure.
