Description
The Senior AI Platform Operations Engineer is responsible for the reliability, security, observability, governance, and production readiness of an enterprise AI platform. The role administers and monitors AI platform services, coordinates incidents and service restoration, supports release and change processes, implements observability and AI Ops automation, and enforces access, privacy, audit, and compliance controls. It requires a relevant university degree or equivalent practical experience and 5–7 years of platform operations, site reliability engineering, DevOps, cloud operations, or enterprise IT operations experience, along with expertise in Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, infrastructure-as-code, and related enterprise technologies.
