Description
Voyfai is hiring a Senior AI Product Engineer to own production LLM pipelines that process real logistics documents and data across multiple languages and formats. The role covers end-to-end ownership from use-case discovery and prompt design through deployment, monitoring, evaluation, fallbacks, cost tracking, and continuous improvement. The engineer will select models across providers, collaborate with Product on ambiguous problems, and improve code quality, testing, and documentation. The position requires several years of software engineering experience, at least three years focused on LLM-powered production features, strong backend and AI engineering skills, and comfort with Python and TypeScript/Node.js.
