Description
ASAPP is hiring a Senior AI Project Manager for its Customer Experience organization to manage customer-facing software and AI delivery projects from initiation through closure. The role coordinates technical and business teams, maintains project plans and documentation, communicates risks and dependencies to customers and executives, supports escalations, and contributes to PMO practices. It is a hybrid position based in New York City or Mountain View, requiring two to three days per week in the office, and seeks a player-coach who can lead by example while mentoring others.
