NiCE is seeking an AI delivery‑focused Project Manager to manage customer-facing software and AI/GenAI projects from initiation through closure. The role covers project planning, scheduling, risk and dependency tracking, stakeholder communication, escalation handling, cross-functional coordination, and PMO improvement. Preferred qualifications include experience with conversational AI, LLM, NLU, prompt engineering, AI performance monitoring, and AI governance, along with 5+ years of customer-facing software or SaaS delivery experience.
