Description
Netskope is hiring a Senior AI Quality & Red Team Engineer to build and operate automated evaluation and adversarial testing infrastructure for AI agents before production. The role focuses on prompt-injection and jailbreak testing, multi-attempt attacks, data-sensitivity validation, guardrail and negative-test catalogs, audit-ready evidence, and fleet-wide drift tracking. Candidates need at least four years of software quality, security testing, or related experience, including one to two years evaluating or red-teaming LLM-based systems, along with strong Python, REST API, webhook, CI/CD, and adversarial-testing expertise.
