Description
FMX is hiring a Senior AI Research Engineer to design, build, evaluate, and scale Skynapse, an agentic AI framework for rates and derivatives exchange workflows. The role combines production AI engineering, LLM research, agent orchestration, enterprise data integration, model evaluation and fine-tuning, guardrails, observability, and mentorship of engineers. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, at least five years of professional software engineering experience, and at least three years of hands-on experience with LLMs, deep learning, NLP, or advanced AI systems. The compensation expectation is $400,000 to $500,000 total.
