Credit Karma is hiring a Senior AI Scientist to lead the development and deployment of large-scale machine learning models for financial recommendation engines. The role focuses on predicting member intent and timing recommendations across credit cards, home loans, and other financial products, while balancing revenue, engagement, and lifetime value. The scientist will collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, finance, and analytics teams, define relevant metrics, translate technical concepts for business stakeholders, and work on deep learning, reinforcement learning, recommendation systems, and generative AI. The position requires a relevant master’s degree, at least five years of production machine learning experience, and expertise in Python, SQL, and modern ML/DL frameworks.
