Broccolini is hiring a Senior AI Skill Builder to develop, test, validate, document, and deploy reusable AI skills across construction, finance, human resources, estimation, project management, and operations. The role delivers approximately 8 to 12 production-ready skills per month, supports user training and feedback, builds test cases and QA processes, and continuously refines prompts and outputs. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience, a background in computer science, engineering, AI, data, or a related field, and experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI workflow tools.
