FTMO is hiring a senior AI software engineer to own and scale an AI development harness for production-grade software delivery. The role focuses on coding-agent patterns, conventions, evaluation loops, CI tooling, model routing, sandboxes, observability, and cost controls, while also raising AI fluency across the engineering department. The position requires a senior software engineer with at least a year of AI-first production experience, strong software engineering and architecture skills, and fluency with agentic coding tools; it is based in Prague with a flexible hybrid model.
