Description
Globality is hiring a Senior AI Software Engineer to build scalable AI platforms and developer tools for its autonomous sourcing platform. The role covers Python-based platform architecture, MLOps, LLM and agentic workflow tooling, data engineering, model monitoring, testing, documentation, and AI research. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least four years of production-grade AI/ML or developer-centric AI tooling experience, cloud and container experience, and strong software engineering skills. The position is in-office four days per week in Palo Alto, with one day remote, and offers an annual base salary of $150,000 to $250,000.
