Description
NiCE is hiring an AI Innovation Engineer to build and validate frontier AI capabilities for its customer-experience platform. The role creates full-stack prototypes of agentic systems, evaluates models and agent patterns using quality, latency, cost, and user-impact metrics, works with internal users and customers, and converts validated prototypes into reference implementations for product and engineering teams. The position requires at least four years of full-stack software experience, production LLM-powered systems, deep understanding of AI agents, and a TypeScript/Node.js and React stack; it follows a hybrid NICE-FLEX model with two office days and three remote days per week.
