monday.com is hiring a senior AI software engineer for its Notetaker team to build AI systems that convert meetings into context, embeddings, retrieval, actions, and agentic execution. The role involves hands-on work with LLMs, audio, video, multimodal models, real-time AI, and autonomous agents; evaluating emerging technologies; owning complex problems from research and architecture through production and iteration; and improving the agentic software development lifecycle. Candidates need at least five years of professional software engineering experience, strong full-stack and system-design skills, and hands-on experience with modern AI technologies and AI agents.
