AWS is hiring an AI Specialist Solution Architect to work with customers on complex GenAI/ML and Agentic challenges, translating AI ambitions into scalable, secure, and reliable production architectures. The role manages technical customer relationships, advises on security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency, provides feedback to AWS on roadmap enhancements, creates reference architectures and technical content, and leads workshops and engineering discussions. Candidates need extensive distributed-systems, enterprise-customer, large-scale AI, production LLM, and AWS ecosystem experience, with preferred qualifications in machine learning, cloud certifications, executive engagement, and responsible AI tooling.
