Description
Doctolib is hiring a Senior AI Specialist to redesign and operate AI-powered workflows for its Operations and Customer Success teams. The role owns end-to-end agent development, knowledge and context management, evaluation, CRM and data integration, stakeholder enablement, and measurable impact. It is a permanent, full-time position in Berlin with a hybrid arrangement of two days working from home per week, starting in July, and includes health insurance, paid vacation, equity participation, and other employee benefits.
