Description
Roku is hiring a Senior AI Transformation Engineer for its AI Enablement Team to drive end-to-end delivery of production-grade agentic AI systems across business and technical functions. The role owns discovery, scoping, system design, development, deployment, adoption, and measurable business impact, while embedding with teams such as Legal, FP&A, Accounting, Brand, Customer Support, and Engineering. Candidates should have at least five years of software engineering or technical deployment experience, strong AI and software engineering fundamentals, experience with LLMs or agentic frameworks, and familiarity with cloud, containerization, CI/CD, data architectures, and relational databases. The role is California-only, with an estimated annual base salary of $242,200 to $486,000 and a Monday-through-Thursday office schedule with flexible Fridays.
