NVIDIA is hiring an AI Verification Engineer for its Chip Design Methodologies team to develop AI-powered verification environments, agents, and debug assistants that automate testbench generation, coverage closure, and chip debugging. The role involves integrating LLMs and machine learning into the verification toolchain, researching reinforcement learning and other AI approaches, collaborating with design automation and EDA vendors, and training the broader team on AI-enabled verification methodologies. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience, plus at least 8 years of hands-on pre-silicon verification experience.
