NVIDIA is hiring a Senior AI Workflow Engineer for its Enterprise Integration and API Team to develop and maintain AI-augmented enterprise integration, API, and workflow automation solutions. The role focuses on building a developer-centric unified integration framework, real-time event-driven platforms, autonomous integration lifecycles, intelligent routing, and secure agent connectivity across SAP, SaaS, cloud, and automotive systems. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related engineering field, at least eight years of enterprise integration experience, and expertise in APIs, distributed systems, EDI, programming, identity management, and CI/CD. The base salary range is 168,000 USD to 270,250 USD for Level 4 and 200,000 USD to 322,000 USD for Level 5, with equity and benefits; applications were accepted through September 12, 2026.
