Description
HDR is seeking a Senior Air Quality Specialist to serve as a technical expert and lead air quality projects, including PSD, Title V, and minor-source permitting; air quality modeling; compliance assistance; client development; project and financial management; and client or project management. The role requires a bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, engineering, meteorology, or a closely related field, at least 10 years of environmental consulting experience, familiarity with air-emission and permitting programs, Microsoft Office proficiency, leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed.
