Description
Tyndall National Institute is hiring a Senior ALD Process Engineer to lead the development, optimisation, operation and qualification of Atomic Layer Deposition and related thin-film processes for emerging semiconductor materials and next-generation FET and MOSFET devices. The role involves establishing stable process windows, troubleshooting ALD tools, supporting equipment installation and technology transfer, conducting experiments and data analysis, integrating processes into semiconductor fabrication flows, and mentoring researchers and engineers. It is a full-time fixed-term appointment of approximately 24 months, with possible extension, and offers a blended working arrangement.
