Miratech is hiring a Senior Amazon Connect Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations for Amazon Connect and AWS-based contact center solutions. The role focuses on RESTful APIs, DynamoDB data models, Python Lambda functions, Amazon Connect flows and routing, event-driven architectures, secure cloud infrastructure, and production support. Candidates need at least 8 years of AWS experience, 4 years of Amazon Connect experience, strong Python and AWS service knowledge, and experience with APIs, integrations, DynamoDB, and event-driven architectures.
