Description
Cloudelligent is hiring a full-time Senior Amazon Connect Engineer to design, implement, optimize, and support enterprise-scale Amazon Connect contact center solutions. The role involves configuring Connect components, developing serverless integrations, connecting CRM and other enterprise platforms, implementing conversational AI with Amazon Lex and Amazon Bedrock, and supporting architecture, customer workshops, technical proposals, and proof-of-concepts. The position is remote in India and requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree, at least five years of cloud architecture and implementation experience, and three years of Amazon Connect experience.
