Description
Renesas is hiring a Senior Analog Design Engineer to design, simulate, verify, and validate CMOS analog and mixed-signal circuits for integrated circuits and power-management applications. The role owns circuit blocks from specification through silicon characterization and production release, collaborates with layout, verification, test, applications, and product engineering, and supports silicon debugging, qualification, and production ramp. Candidates need hands-on analog or mixed-signal IC design experience, CMOS transistor-level design and simulation skills, EDA and Cadence proficiency, and at least five years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or three years with a master’s degree, or no minimum experience with a PhD.
