Cambridge GaN Devices (CGD), a fabless semiconductor company spun out of Cambridge University, is seeking an experienced Senior Analog IC Design Engineer. This full-time, permanent contract position involves designing and implementing GaN Power IC solutions, utilizing EDA tools for schematic capture, analog simulations, and chip layout reviews. The role requires detailed documentation, chip evaluation, debugging, and SPICE model development.
