Description
NXP Semiconductors is hiring an experienced Analog IC Layout Engineer for its Central Layout Group supporting the Power & Energy Business Line, primarily Automotive Power Solutions. The role leads physical implementation of complex automotive mixed-signal and power-management ICs from floorplanning through tape-out, owns DRC/LVS/ERC and physical sign-off, supports extraction and post-layout verification, coordinates with global engineering stakeholders, mentors junior engineers, and improves layout methodologies. Candidates need an electrical engineering, electronics, physics, or microelectronics degree, strong analog IC layout experience, Cadence Virtuoso expertise, knowledge of CMOS, BCD, SOI, and mixed-signal environments, and strong communication skills; automotive semiconductor, high-voltage, EDA, scripting, and technical leadership experience are preferred.
