Alight is hiring a Senior Analyst – Technology to own the execution, quality, and timely delivery of analysis and testing activities for assigned projects. The role covers requirement analysis, test planning, test case design, system testing, defect analysis, reporting, UAT support, production validation, and mentoring junior analysts. It requires strong analytical, stakeholder, and communication skills, expertise in files and health and welfare domains, knowledge of CBA tools and SQL, and a B.Tech or MCA degree; prior Alight, Aon, or Wipro experience is an advantage, while health or retirement domain experience is preferred.
