Description
The Infrastructure Reliability Manager analyzes infrastructure trends, recurring alarms, noisy sites, aging equipment, and operational gaps to improve service reliability. The role leads top-talker and incident analysis, develops permanent corrective actions and equipment refresh plans, reduces backlog and ageing tickets, coordinates remediation across Engineering, Procurement, Vendors, and Field teams, and supports automation and preventive-management initiatives. It requires strong analytical, leadership, documentation, stakeholder-management, and technical-team-management skills, with prior experience leading technical teams in telecom, data center, or critical infrastructure environments.
