The role manages commercial creditor debts, evaluates creditworthiness, reduces Days Sales Outstanding, minimizes bad-debt risk, resolves customer disputes, and supports cash inflow. Candidates need a degree or diploma in finance, accounting, business administration, or a relevant credit-management certification, plus at least three years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or commercial debt collection. The position is hybrid and collaborates with WFM and WIO teams.
