The role manages commercial creditor debts, drives proactive collections, monitors aging ledgers, evaluates creditworthiness, maintains account and contract records, resolves customer disputes, and supports cash inflow and reduced bad-debt risk. Candidates need a degree or diploma in finance, accounting, business administration, or a relevant credit-management certification, plus at least three years of credit or collections experience, problem-solving and relationship-building skills, and intermediate MS Office knowledge.
