Description
The Senior Analyst will manage end-to-end billing cycles, including sales-order verification, invoice generation, tax and contractual compliance, accounts-receivable reconciliation, billing-dispute resolution, and billing-process improvements. The role serves as a primary contact for billing inquiries from customers and internal teams, supports period-end close activities, and requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 2–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or sales operations, ERP or billing-system experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong communication abilities. The position is based in Alabang, Muntinlupa, with US shift coverage.
