HTii is hiring a Senior Analyst to support customers across multiple Program Offices in Patuxent River, Maryland. The role coordinates technical work from quotation through design, testing, reviews, and working-group meetings; maintains project databases and status communications; leads less complex tasks; develops design specifications; supports systems engineering and model-based systems engineering activities; reviews engineering work; produces technical documentation; supports technical proposals; and trains employees on NAVAIR processes. Required qualifications include systems engineering analysis, risk analysis, DOD acquisition knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, modeling and simulation experience, and a SECRET clearance. Desired experience includes Model-Based Systems Engineering and three years of aviation acquisition or relevant experience.
