NAB India is hiring a permanent Senior Analyst Engineer to support the People Apps and Microservices platform within the People & Culture domain. The role involves analyzing business, data, process, gap, and change requirements; developing process models and specifications; translating needs into epics and user stories; troubleshooting SaaS applications; coordinating with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders; and managing BAU attestation activities. Candidates need at least five years of technology-focused project experience, strong stakeholder and vendor-management skills, AWS and SDLC knowledge, and strong communication abilities. The position is based at DLF Downtown, Sector 25A Phase 3, Block 4, with hybrid working and job sharing available.
